Eligibility Criteria for PPSC Recruitment :    

• Educational Qualification :
• For Programmer : First Class B.E./B Technology in Computer Engineering /Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent or First Class M.E./M Technology in Computer Engineering /Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent or First Class MCA Degree. Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent standard.
• For Lecturer : Good Academic record with at least 55% marks or, an equivalent CGPA at the Master degree level, in relevant from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a Foreign University and National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC. And First Class Degree in Bachelor of Technology in relevant with Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard.
• For Librarian : First Class M. Lib Science Degree or First Class B. Lib Science with five year experience in a library and Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard.
• For Workshop Superintendent : First Class Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or First Class Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering with Two years experience in a Workshop/ Industrial Concern of repute and Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 37 years (as on 01.01.2016)

Age Relaxation : 

• For Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab : 5 years
• For PH Candidates of Punjab : 10 years

Job Location : Punjab

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Competitive Examination & Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 1125/- for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only, Rs. 3000/- for All Others Categories (including Lineal Descendent of Ex-servicemen, Punjab), Rs. 500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab state only and Rs. 1750/- for Physically Handicapped, Punjab State only through challan any Branch of State Bank of Patiala only.
